USAF Colonel (ret) ‘Otter’ is a United States Air Force Academy graduate, class of ’89. While on active duty, he flew multiple aircraft in the USAF including the T-37, T-38 and C-130 Hercules, and the B1 Lancer. Otter retired from the Air Force in 2013 and returned to his hometown in San Diego where he continues to serve as an AFJROTC Commander at a local high school.
