We are a veteran owned and operated company and have hosted numerous premium group events in the past including the Breitling jet team, Ghirardelli Chocolate Company and Cubic Defense
We have 3 GREAT LAKES biplanes seating (1) passenger at a time capable of formation flights, air combat adventures, aerobatics or just a leisurely jaunt along the beach. We also have a CESSNA STATIONAIR (5) passenger, enclosed-cockpit aircraft perfect for groups of sight-seers.
Absolutely not. (Although we highly recommend it)! We have hosted many events with and without flights involved.
Most of our pilots are former military who are currently working as airline/charter pilots and flight instructors. These are truly some of the best aviators in the world, so you’ll be in good hands.
With our hybrid tours we can fly up to 9 passengers per hour in the biplanes and 12 in the multi-passenger plane (weather and maintenance permitting).
Anywhere between 1 and 5 hours depending on the requirements/size and agenda of the group
Those who aren’t flying can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the airfield. As if that’s not enough we have a full bar, corn hole boards, ax throwing (plastic), darts, several TVs etc….
Each event is customized. Individual pricing is based upon additional staff, complexity of movements and logistics ofevent size.
Price will include the Letter of Authorization, commercial insurance, fuel, pilot day rates, airplanes, hangar and ground staff.
We have worked with many vendors in the past and can arrange a variety of different options for food and beverages!
Our events usually range from 5 to 50 guests max.We can accommodate larger groups in another hangar we have partnership with.
